UpLift All, LLC (“UpLift All,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through responsible, transparent, and human-centered data practices.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, process, share, and safeguard information when you access or use the UpLift All websites, applications, community spaces, content, tools, and services (collectively, the “Platform” or “Community”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the practices described below. Your use of the Platform is also subject to our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

UpLift All operates its community using Circle.so (“Circle”) as a third-party platform provider. Circle processes certain information on our behalf in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and contractual obligations.

You may voluntarily provide personal information, including but not limited to:

• Name, email address, and account registration details

• Profile information you choose to share, such as photo, bio, location, interests, or professional background

• Community posts, comments, reactions, and messages

• Reflections, journal entries, written exercises, assessments, and check-in responses

• Values, beliefs, Life Map inputs, habits, goals, and progress indicators

• Communications with UpLift All, including support requests and feedback

• Program registrations and event participation

• Payment and billing information, which is processed by secure third-party payment providers

You control what information you choose to share and how you engage with the Platform.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Platform, we may collect limited technical and usage information, including:

• Device type, browser type, and operating system

• IP address and general location information

• Pages viewed, features accessed, timestamps, and interaction patterns

• Log and diagnostic data related to performance, reliability, and security

This information is used to operate, secure, and improve the Platform and overall member experience.

1.3 Information Processed by Circle

As our platform provider, Circle may collect and process information necessary to operate the Community, including:

• Account authentication and access data

• Platform usage and engagement metrics

• Infrastructure, hosting, and performance data

Circle processes this information in accordance with its own Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations.

1.4 Information from Third Parties

We may receive limited information from third-party services if you choose to connect them to your account, such as social media platforms or payment processors. The information shared depends on your settings with those third parties and their privacy policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform

• Enable participation in the UpLift All community, programs, and events

• Personalize experiences and surface relevant content or reflections

• Support awareness, alignment, and intentional growth through educational tools

• Communicate with you about your account, updates, offerings, or community activity

• Administer memberships, subscriptions, and payments

• Maintain community safety, integrity, and adherence to Community Guidelines

UpLift All does not use your information to diagnose conditions, provide professional advice, or make decisions that produce legal, medical, financial, or similarly significant effects.

We do not sell personal information.

You agree not to rely on the Platform as a substitute for professional judgment, diagnosis, treatment, or services.

3. Community Participation and Intentional Sharing

UpLift All is built on trust, respect, and intentional participation. Community spaces are designed for reflection, discussion, and peer connection.

Content you share within the Community may be visible to other members depending on the space and its settings. You are responsible for deciding what information you disclose.

Community spaces are not intended for the exchange of sensitive medical, mental health, legal, or financial information.

Information shared by members reflects individual perspectives only. UpLift All does not review, verify, or endorse member-shared content and is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or outcomes of peer-shared information.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

UpLift All may use artificial intelligence systems to process information you choose to provide in order to support reflection, synthesis, and personalization. This may include:

• Identifying themes or patterns across reflections, assessments, or journal entries

• Generating reflective summaries, prompts, or suggested considerations

• Supporting tools such as the Life Map, Habit Center, and check-in features

AI-supported outputs are:

• Reflective and informational in nature

• Optional and dismissible

• Designed to support awareness, not decision-making

• Grounded in information you have chosen to share

AI is not used to diagnose conditions, predict behavior, evaluate mental or physical health, or perform automated decision-making with significant consequences.

UpLift All does not use personal information to train, fine-tune, or improve external artificial intelligence models. Data processed through AI features is handled securely and is not retained by external model providers for training purposes.

5. Member Control and Choice

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Access or update certain personal information

• Edit or delete content you have shared

• Request deletion or deactivation of your account

• Opt out of non-essential communications

• Choose whether to engage with AI-supported features

AI-supported insights are always optional. You may ignore or dismiss them at any time.

6. Safety and Care Considerations

UpLift All does not provide medical, mental health, or crisis intervention services.

UpLift All does not continuously monitor the Platform for signs of distress and does not guarantee intervention.

In limited circumstances, information shared on the Platform may suggest potential risk or harm. In such cases, UpLift All may:

• Pause AI-supported guidance

• Encourage connection with trusted individuals, licensed professionals, or external support resources

• Conduct limited internal review focused on safety and platform integrity

In rare circumstances, where we reasonably believe there is an imminent risk of serious physical harm or self-harm, we may disclose limited personal information to appropriate emergency response services. Any such disclosure will be limited to the minimum necessary to protect life or physical safety.

7. Sharing and Disclosure of Information

We may share personal information:

• With Circle and trusted service providers that support Platform operations, analytics, communications, hosting, or payment processing

• With contractors or partners acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations

• When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or legal process

• To protect the rights, safety, or integrity of members, UpLift All, or the Platform

• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets

We do not share personal information with advertising networks or unrelated third parties.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, or disclosure.

No system can guarantee absolute security. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide and support the Platform

• Maintain community operations and member experience

• Comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, or reporting obligations

• Resolve disputes and enforce agreements

You may request deletion of your account or data, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Platform is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. UpLift All does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we become aware that such information has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

11. International Users

The Platform is hosted in the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you consent to such transfer, storage, and processing.

12. Do Not Track Signals

There is no accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, and the Platform does not respond to such signals.

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date and post the updated policy on the Platform.

Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
